Monster Spaghetti

At hands on: as we grow, they did a sensory activity with colored spaghetti. I thought this idea was fantastic, but seeing as how spaghetti is one of Baby Bear's favorite foods, there was no way he would see this as play time rather than a meal. So, we made it a Halloween meal!

I did not use nearly as much food coloring as I would have for the sensory activity; just enough to make our meal fun. I divided the spaghetti into 3 bowls. I added orange to one bowl, purple to another, and left the third bowl of noodles natural. I mixed them all together, added sauce, and served.
